About Us

The LIME Foundation is a Sonoma County-based nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pathways to opportunity through workforce development, education, and mentorship. Established in Sonoma County, LIME has expanded its impact throughout the North Bay, serving communities across Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Mendocino, and Lake Counties.

Through the NextGen Trades Academy, The LIME Foundation provides hands-on training, career exploration, and industry connections that prepare individuals for rewarding careers in the skilled trades. By partnering with industry professionals, employers, and community organizations, LIME helps develop the next generation of skilled workers while supporting the workforce needs of our region.
