About Us

Motivate with Mel was born out of a deep desire to help people master Behavior Change in areas of their lives that are not supporting their true potential. I became a Registered Dietitian to help educate people on how food is vital for their health, longevity, and ultimately their true happiness. What I have discovered through almost 3 decades of supporting the behavior change process in my clients is that “change management” is really at the heart of the journey. Having a professional guide you through the behavior change process is vital in understanding your body, your Body's specific Nutritional needs, your own willingness, readiness, resistance, worthiness and approach to change.

I approach Nutrition form a Clinical, Behavioral, and Educational approach, so you can truly understand how your behaviors and your access to accurate information are connected to your choices. The behavior change process requires motivation, mastery of the new skills and behaviors, so you and sustain and maintain those changes for good, Thus MOTIVATE MASTER MAINTAIN. I place a great deal of emphasis on reprograming the mind to support your unique change process, thus, Change your Mind, Nourish your Soul!
