Women's Global Leadership Initiative Core Leadership Program 2016

The Core Leadership program is taught by highly-skilled local professionals who are excited to work with women to teach them core competencies through skill-building exercises and active discussions. Attendees will learn and seek guidance in areas including team building, conflict management, emotional intelligence, gender communications, project management, negotiations, financial literacy, and career planning. Each student will complete the program with their own professional development plan, a WGLI Leadership Certificate of Achievement, and the opportunity to request a WGLI mentor in a professional area of interest.
