Tending to the Garden of your Health

An intimate and informative morning of lecture and meditative practices on the healing power of meditation with Myogen Steve Stücky, abbot of San Francisco Zen Center. He will bring the richness of his Buddhist trainings along with the unique perspective of having been the builder of the Osmosis meditation garden in which the event will take place. 

Reservations are required and a charge of $10 will be collected for a special custom-brewed tea. An optional special post spa package is being offered to attendees, which includes: lunch provided by Ceres Community Project, cedar enzyme footbaths and hammock sound therapy sessions. This package is available for an additional $30 following the meditation classes.
