Meditation on the Autumnal Equinox and Harvest Full Moon

September 19, 9:30am-noon

In this potent time of the harvest full moon and the autumnal equinox, participants will pause and sit down on this bountiful earth in the quiet and refuge of the Osmosis meditation garden. Cultivating presence and awareness of body heart and mind, we awaken to the felt sense of being fully alive. The proram includes sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk, time for quiet reflection and conversation about how to practice in our daily lives led by Chris Fortin, ordained and transmitted Zen priest in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki Roshiand, MFT psychotherapist and Spiritual Counselor, teacher in the Everyday Zen Foundation and leader of the Sebastopol Lotus Sangha.

Reservations are required and a charge of $10 will be collected for a special custom-brewed tea. An optional special post spa package is being offered to attendees, which includes: lunch provided by Ceres Community Project, cedar enzyme footbaths and hammock sound therapy sessions. This package is available for an additional $30 following the meditation classes.
