DESCRIPTION: Learn heart-healthy cooking tips from our Culinary Director, Jacquelyn Buchanan (Chef JJ). Chef JJ is a certified nutritionist and previously was the Julia Child Director of Culinary Programs at COPIA in Napa. Our first Cooking Class with Chef JJ on March 1st was a huge success. Attendees learned inventive and delicious ways to cook vegetables, ate salads, and took home their own jar of salad dressing. In the next two classes, Chef JJ will teach guide participants through heart-healthy soup recipes and Blue Zone cooking. Our remaining dates are March 29th and April 26th. Register for both classes today for $50.00.
