Health and Wellness Day

We have having a local business open house on Friday. Great pricing for the day. Special events include TRX workout demos, added GX classes (Spin at 3pm and Zumba at 5pm), mini boot camps and, hydrostatic body fat testing. Its a great day to come by the gym, have a workout in a fun environment and see what the club is all about.
