Often times food is labeled as healthy when it actually is not making it even more confusing. Join us for a tour of the grocery store and learn what to look for on the labels to avoid making unhealthy choices, receive meal planning tips, and more. This is a free event. Cash donations are welcome and used to help market and spread the word of this wellness movement.
