Indulge in a decadent flight featuring our Diamond Prosecco, Diamond Prosecco Rosé, and Sofia Blanc de Blancs accompanied by kettle chips, crème fraiche, chives, sieved egg, and – most importantly – your personal 1 oz. tin of sustainably farmed California White Sturgeon Caviar, provided by Tsar Nicoulai Caviar Company. Create your own perfect bite for each wine! A representative from Tsar Nicoulai will be on hand to answer all your caviar questions. There are two time slots available: 1:30pm and 3:30pm.
