Quarterly meeting of community, health care and business leaders with the purpose of identifying local community health priorities and taking action to engage in policy, system, and environmental change to improve local health outcomes through collaboration and partnerships.
Agenda includes reports from Work Groups focused on three of PHCD’s five health priorities: mental health and substance abuse; heart health; and, educational attainment (cradle to career). Keynote speaker TBD.
CHIPA serves as an advisory committee of the Petluma Health Care District board of trustees. CHIPA's goals are aligned with Sonoma County Health Action goals.
