Celebration of Dreams

Celebration of Dreams will take place Friday, September 16th, at 11:30 am at the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club. The luncheon will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Center and honor leaders in health and wellness. The feature guest speaker is Dr. Bo Greaves, MD. Celebration of Dreams is the Center for Well-Being’s largest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds from the event support the Center for Well-Being diabetes and heart disease programs and the Center’s ability to offer free or low-cost services to those who have difficulty affording healthcare throughout Sonoma County.
